Food that feels like it came from my family's home kitchen I received my taster pack on Friday and I wanted to write to you after I had the chicken biryani for lunch and dinner that day. From the very first bite and smell it tasted like something that had come from my home and family's kitchen. It was, quite possibly, the most wonderfully home-like tasting food I have had the pleasure to eat since I moved to London 12 years ago. And believe me, I have tried everything over the last 12 years, meal boxes, personal chefs, custom meals – everything. The biryani was simply so well-balanced, the spices, the ratio of protein to carbs, the flavour profile. It's taste and comfort really did remind me of something that was made in the kitchen of my family's home – which is not a small feat because I am from Hyderabad and obnoxiously particular about biryani!
